Due to the personal-use nature of perfume products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or otherwise tampered with.
A return, exchange, or refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item was damaged during delivery.
- There is a clear order-processing error by The Decant Room.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In its original packaging.
- In the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request.

Non-Returnable Items
